Instructions for 'Administrators Guide'

Open the Guide here: This is a web version of a Powerpoint presentation made for a 3 day Administrators session at the 2004 San Francisco Kodály National Conference. There are 3 seperate sections on the screen. There is the main screen which shows the slides for the presentation. Slides are changed by clicking on these arrows -

the right goes forward and back with the left.

On the right side you will see an outline of the presentation. This can be expanded to include detailed points by clicking this icon: Alternately this icon at the bottom left can hide and the outline entirely. The third section shows notes on each slide. Similar icons will hide or show these notes. Finally at the bottom right, this icon will make all notes dissappear creating a full screen presentation of the slides only. To make them reappear click this icon:
