American Music Conference’s advocacy tools, an organization for advocating for music in the schools, has pamphlets, tips for saving programs, polls, Public Service announcements, etc.
Supportmusic.com , a service to help schools districts, teachers, and parents support their local music program provided by a coalition of MANY interested organizations, including AMC (see above) and MENC.
