- Job Announcement: Piedmont East Bay Children’s Choir Seeking Choral Conductors Posted June 1, 2010
The Piedmont East Bay Children’s Choir has two openings for choral conductors beginning in Fall 2010:
1. The first opening is a one-semester substitute position conducting the Girls Beginning-level choir, a group of approximately 30-35 girls, ages 6-8. This opening is due to the regular conductor’s leave of absence for the fall semester. The substitute conductor would be required to teach the class from September 1, 2010 through January 31, 2011, with holiday breaks for the week of Thanksgiving and the last two weeks of December.
2. The second opening is a permanent position conducting the Boys Advanced-level choir, a group of approximately 15-20 boys, ages 8-10. This position is available beginning September 1, 2010.

- Cantabile Youth Singers' Preparatory Chorus Director - Responsible to design overall curriculum and oversee weekly lesson planning, teach weekly rehearsals for 2-4 sections of the Preparatory levels 1-3.
Classes: Wednesdays 5-7pm (Preparatory 2/3) Thursdays 4-6pm (Preparatory 1/2)
